Doug's Classic Peterbilt
”PETIE" 1981 352-110 Peterbilt cabover
"I was always wanting a double bunk cabover, Petie, ever since I was a young kid. I mean that was the biggest, baddest, the coolest truck there was... and I said to myself, 'someday I'm going to own one.'"
Petie was purchased in 2014 and Doug has done a lot of work on it since then.
It has a 400 Cummings Big Cam, 13 Speed, and a 250" wheelbase.
Doug continues, "At the time of purchase it ran, it needed TLC in the interior, was in good shape, but it needed a little bit of the extras. I stripped the whole thing, took off all the stainless, all the aluminum, and anything that I could strip the paint off... polished the aluminum, etc."
Petie the cabover, owned by Doug Gay, has won several trophies at truck shows and is used for Show and Marketing for BDR.
