These folks are great. My friend was driving cross country so called BDR for advice because they specialize in direct trips to the west coast (BDR=Best Direct Route). The phone receptionist got the dispatcher on the phone and he took the time to give lots of good info. It was really nice of them to field the questions and give some advice including the best route to take!
